Strategy

The Company aims to maximise shareholder value by exploiting its experience and significant investment in systems and infrastructure to generate long-term service revenues as the leading developer and provider of outsourced solutions in Machine to Machine applications across all industrial sectors with an expanding geographic spread.

Services

The group has originated the means of connecting data from disparate unattended point of sale equipment – vending machines, kiosks, gaming and ticketing machines and the like – through mobile phone connections and presenting meaningful management information to users on their web browsers.

The initial investment by customers facilitates a wide range of services and an on-going service model under a long term contract, providing management information, operator support and critical alarms in the event of out of stock or equipment or process faults being identified.

Via GPRS mobile connections we provide secure connectivity between the equipment or processes, and a range of user applications. User applications can range from secure electronic voting through credit card authorisation and transaction processing links to monitoring utility service use.

Around these core capabilities we also provide a range of value added tools and services to enhance the user’s effectiveness.
